Nick sees our world like a LEGO set—there’s how it should be, and then there’s limitless, unexplored possibilities. Constantly in awe of what happens when form meets function, he is a student of technology, aesthetics, and the business practices that unite both. He blogs about these principles, with a pinch of humor and opinion. In his free time he enjoys learning the latest software that could aid development of one of his creations. He has lived in 5 U.S. states, and has a favorite sports team from every location. He loves hoppy beers, Apple products, and IKEA furniture because you get to assemble it yourself. Raised in the Northeast, he spent 4 years at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh earning his BSME. There, he learned that a city’s greatest asset is its people. He only watches most movies once, except the ones in his top 5 (and would love to learn what yours are), only drives cars with standard transmissions, and would love for immortality to be his one super-hero trait. Although, if he has to die someday, he hopes it somehow involves bacon. Above all else, he’s a truly passionate nerd for products and services that improve people’s quality of life.
